Ltd. and its subsidiaries (“Conergy” or the “Company”) announced today that certain funds managed by Tennenbaum Capital Partners, LLC (“TCP”) and Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (“GSBD”), a business development company managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management (“GSAM”) have signed a definitive agreement that acquired the Company from Kawa Solar Holdings. The transaction was closed yesterday.

First project sale of a fully operational solar plant for Conergy in Asia
TOKYO, Japan, February 28, 2017 - Conergy Japan K.K., the Japanese subsidiary of Conergy, has signed an agreement for the sale of a fully operational 3.75MWp solar plant in Sannohe, Aomori Prefecture.
Jakarta, February 23, 2017 – Conergy, one of world’s leading solar energy service providers, today announced that it has successfully completed and connected to the grid the first utility-scale solar Photovoltaic (PV) power plant in Sumba Island, East Nusa Tenggara province. This solar facility has a 1-megawatt installed capacity and was built in cooperation with PT. Buana Energi Surya Persada. The Sumba plant is Conergy’s first utility-scale project in Indonesia.
Bangkok, 9 February 2017 — Global solar downstream company Conergy and Blue Solar Co., Ltd, a local solar power firm, announce the completion this past December of a new 5 MWp solar power plant in Samut Sakhon, Thailand. To date, Conergy has supported the development of more than a dozen solar farms in Thailand.
