The newly enhanced Conergy Operations and Maintenance Services unit is focused on supporting existing solar farms in the Philippines and the ASEAN region, with improved operations. Singapore – 25 September 2017 – Conergy, one of the region’s largest downstream solar companies, has designed and installed a 145 kWp solar power system for one of the most iconic landmarks in Singapore’s skyline, Marina Bay Sands, one of Asia’s leading destinations for business, leisure and entertainment. This marks the first commercial-scale rooftop installation for Conergy in Singapore, and the highest location in the country that the company has fitted panels on thus far, at 200m above sea level.

Ltd. and its subsidiaries (“Conergy” or the “Company”) announced today that certain funds managed by Tennenbaum Capital Partners, LLC (“TCP”) and Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (“GSBD”), a business development company managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management (“GSAM”) have signed a definitive agreement that acquired the Company from Kawa Solar Holdings. The transaction was closed yesterday.

Brisbane, Australia – 30 May 2017 – Energy independence through solar energy is now a step closer for the people of Daly River in the Northern Territory, a region about 220 kilometres south-west of Darwin, Australia.

Conergy and BMD Constructions will soon commence construction on the Daly River project, a one megawatt solar facility situated near the remote indigenous community of Nauiyu. 

Once completed, the plant will provide 100 percent of the community’s energy needs during the day and diesel generators will only be in use at night.

Jakarta, February 23, 2017 – Conergy, one of world’s leading solar energy service providers, today announced that it has successfully completed and connected to the grid the first utility-scale solar Photovoltaic (PV) power plant in Sumba Island, East Nusa Tenggara province.
