2. Use of Google Analytics

Google Analytics is set to operate in the “anonymize-mode”, meaning, that your IP-address will automatically be anonymized before transfer to Google Inc. if you use our website from EU-states - exceptions may apply. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The anonymized IP-address will not be aggregated with other Google-data collected on third party websites.

Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. 3. Right to object
According to § 15 (3) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), you can object to the above-described creation and use of pseudonymous user profiles and ask for their deletion. In this case, please direct your objection via e-mail to our Privacy Officer (see below). To realise your objection technically, it may be necessary to save a "defense cookie" on your computer.

Otherwise, collected data will be deleted as soon as the purpose is achieved or if storage of the respective data is inadmissible for other reasons.

4. Right to information
You can request information about your data at any time, also, you have the right to correction of your data or deletion, if the collection purposes have been achieved or storage of the data is inadmissible for other reasons. Please contact our data protection officer (see below).

5. Contact requests
Personal information you provide via the "contact us" facility will solely be used for that purpose, namely, to contact you.

If you want to take part in our professional counseling, we would like to share your information within the Conergy Group and its companies. Herefore, we need your consent, which, of course, you can revocate at any time

We use up-to-date technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss or destruction, against access by unauthorised persons.
